022 – Russian numbers from 1 to 10

The numbers are probably the most unfavorite part of grammar for every language student. This is why we decided to take them little by little and break them down into a few lessons. Today we are learning to count from 1 to 10 in Russian. Let’s get started!

1 – оди́н [adéen]
2 – два [dva]
3 – три [trée]
4 – четы́ре [cheetúirye]
5 – пять [pyat’]
6 – шесть [shest’]
7 – семь [sem’]
8 – во́семь [vóseem’]
9 – де́вять [dyéveet’]
10 – де́сять [dyéseet’]
