The Dative case with feminine singular nouns

In the previous lesson we learned how to form the Dative case with masculine singular nouns. Today let’s have a look the feminine singular nouns.

For feminine nouns ending in …
а -> replace with е
я -> replace with е, but
ия -> replace with и
ь -> replace with и

луна́ – луне́ (moon)
гра́ница – грани́це (boundary)
рука́ – руке́ (hand)
неде́ля – неде́ле (week)
ста́нция – ста́нции (station)
дверь – двери́ (door)
